Access to the public meeting record.

Public meetings belong to the public — including residents who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, captions, or reduced motion. We work toward WCAG 2.1 Level AAacross resident-facing and marketing pages. Automated checks are one part of that work; they do not establish full conformance.

What has been checked

The August 10, 2026 automated axe-core run reported no detected violations on the tested public and marketing pages. Current keyboard, screen-reader and mobile workflows still need direct verification; this is not a complete accessibility certification.

Reading and navigation

· The public record is real HTML — headings, landmarks, and text a screen reader can navigate, not scanned images.
· Keyboard controls, visible focus indicators and skip-to-content links support navigation.
· Shared color tokens support readable text and controls. Individual states still need verification.
· Caption availability depends on the recording provider and processing status; check the actual player before publishing a recording.
· Animations respect your reduced-motion system setting.

Known limitations

Downloadable packet and minutes PDFs are archival PDF/A documents and are not yet tagged for assistive navigation (PDF/UA). Agenda and minutes text is also available as HTML when published. Uploaded exhibits may need an accessible alternative from the jurisdiction. Machine-generated captions can contain recognition errors; the written minutes remain the authoritative record.
